Job Title: Strategic Creative Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced creative leader to join our team. As a Strategic Creative Director, you will be responsible for leading the design services function, setting quality standards and review processes.

  • You will oversee and mentor a team of designers, fostering creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with client strategy and account teams to deliver impactful, conversion-focused creative solutions.
  • Implement a rigorous quality control process to ensure all deliverables meet brand and performance requirements.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure profitable operations and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a proven experience of 5-8 years in agency or client-facing roles leading creative/design functions, strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in email design, digital banners, ads, and marketing assets, experience managing design teams with a balance of creativity and operational efficiency, business acumen with the ability to manage P&L, budgets, and growth targets, excellent communication and client management skills; ability to translate business needs into compelling design solutions.

This role requires strong leadership and project management skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
