We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving volume hiring for our location, working closely with business leaders to understand their talent needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.

About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for leading the recruitment process from initial stages to onboarding, ensuring that all aspects of recruitment and selection are adhered to. This includes sourcing and screening methods, interviewing protocol, assessment, background checks, and offers.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing people, HR data, and HR systems. They will also possess strong problem-solving skills and be able to operate autonomously and strategically in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing overall talent strategy including determining number, skills, and experience of people to be inducted into the company.
  • Partnering closely with business leaders to understand their business strategy and talent needs.
  • Responsible for Talent Acquisition volume hiring into BPO - Service Delivery teams.
  • Building relationships with hiring managers and providing recruitment counsel and guidance.
  • Owning end-to-end recruitment process with Hiring Manager right from board approval of Head count & initiate hiring process till on boarding.
  • Driving several special projects/initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Master's Degree or equivalent in education and experience.
  • Minimum 12+ years of related experience.
  • Extensive experience in HR data and HR systems.
  • Ability to be successful in a fast-paced, constantly changing, results-oriented environment.
  • Ability to think and operate autonomously and strategically.
