This high-growth organization is seeking an exceptional Top Talent Acquisition Professional to lead its recruitment efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic hiring plans to attract top-tier talent in technology and product management functions.
  • Build and manage recruitment dashboards and analytics to track key hiring metrics and drive continuous improvements.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand talent needs and build a proactive talent pipeline.
  • Leverage data-driven recruitment insights to optimize hiring processes and reduce time-to-hire.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of Talent Acquisition (Recruitment experience) with full life cycle recruiting experience.
  • Excellent business partnering skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Strategic approach to talent acquisition with focus on IT hiring.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex data.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding hiring goals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to present information to stakeholders.
