About Talent Acquisition Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Pipeline Management: Develop strong candidate pipelines for niche and critical roles.
  • End-to-End Recruitment Management: Lead the recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Strategic Workforce Planning: Collaborate with leadership to forecast talent needs across functions and geographies.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A minimum of 7-12 years of hands-on talent acquisition experience in D2C, FMCG, retail, or beauty/wellness sectors.
  • A proven track record of end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions - marketing, sales, manufacturing, operations, and support.
