Domestic Account Manager Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to fill the role of Domestic Account Manager.

About the Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for positions within India, ensuring timely sourcing, screening, and onboarding of qualified candidates. They will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from start to finish, including sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting telephonic interviews, and shortlisting candidates as per job requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit candidates for domestic hiring positions in India.
  • SOURCE QUALIFIED CANDIDATES THROUGH VARIOUS CHANNELS, SUCH AS JOB PORTALS AND SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS.
  • Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and ensure a smooth interview process.
  • Negotiate salary and benefits effectively to secure top talent.
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles and track recruitment metrics to optimize performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–6 years of experience in domestic recruitment (IT/Non-IT depending on role).
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and domestic job portals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet deadlines.
