Job Summary
We are looking for Domestic IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, screening and onboarding IT professional for our clients. You will work closely with hiring managers and account managers to fulfill staffing needs.
Roles and Responsibilities
Understanding client requirement and job description.
Source potential candidates from various job portal i.e Naukri, LinkedIn.
schedule interviews, coordinating with client and candidate for hiring process.
maintain pipeline of qualified candidate for future requirement.
Track requirement metrics using ATS or Excel Sheets.
Stay Updated on market trends and IT technologies to better understand client needs.
Skills & Qualification required
Bachler's degree
Proven 3 years of experience in domestic recruiting.
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with recruitment forms or IT Staffing companies preferred.
