Job Summary: As an HR Recruiter, you'll be responsible for end-to-end hiring from sourcing candidates to onboarding them. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, recruitment expertise (especially in EdTech or academic roles), and a proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for academic and non-academic roles.
- Source candidates via job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.), social media, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand hiring needs
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle, job postings, interview scheduling, and follow-ups
- Draft and update job descriptions as per role requirements
- Maintain and update the candidate database.
- Stay current with industry recruitment trends and best practices
Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment (preferably in EdTech or the Education sector).
- Strong understanding of hiring processes and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
- A proactive and target-driven approach to hiring.
