Job Summary

Were hiring an BFSI RECRUITER with 2 years of experience in BFSI/NBFC recruitment and a demonstrated ability to lead teams. You will drive end-to-end hiring for top banking clients, manage a team of recruiters, and deliver on individual and team targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Understand client hiring needs, culture, and business goals to deliver customized recruitment strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of quality profiles.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles, including requirement gathering, sourcing strategy, interview coordination, feedback handling, and closures.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Generate new business from existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling.
  • Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and hiring KPIs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors/Master's degree in HR, Finance, or related field.
  • 2 years in BFSI/NBFC recruitment,
  • In-depth knowledge of banking roles, salary benchmarks, and industry trends.
  • Proven success in handling PAN-India mandates and high-volume hiring.
