JOB DESCRIPTION OF MANAGER - HR

  • Manpower planning and staff analysis.

  • Recruitment of new employee.

  • Job Descriptions & KPI of the employees

  • Offer Salary to selected candidates as per salary structure

  • Proposes changes in HR policies, as necessary

  • Salary administration and compensation.

  • Custody, maintenance and updating personnel record.

  • Develops systems and formats for job performance appraisals and ensures that the appraisals are carried out regularly.

  • Various MIS Reports

  • Increment & Promotions

  • Employees Welfare Activities

  • Time Keeping function

  • To ensure the PF returns, challan are submitted in time.

  • Putting up letters of appointments of all personnel except Consultants for issuing appointment orders, confirmation letters and acceptance of resignation.

  • Indent of Stationary

  • Short listing of CVs

  • Conducting interviews

  • Signing of Monthly attendance advise on behalf of HR

  • Salary Negotiating
