Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage HR generalist activities, including employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of HR operations.
  • Oversee payroll processing for multiple entities across India and manage statutory compliances related to PF, ESIC, Gratuity Act etc.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of all HR tasks while maintaining high levels of quality control.
  • Provide support in implementing new HR initiatives and processes within the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 4-8 years of experience in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of HR coordination, generalist activities, payroll processing (PF/ESIC/Gratuity Act), and statutory compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word/Excel) with knowledge of ERP systems an added advantage.
