Key Responsibilities
  • Source and shortlist candidates for different open roles using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other platforms.
  • Conduct keyword-based searches and filter profiles for bulk and core hiring.
  • Coordinate with candidates for interviews and maintain clear communication throughout the process.
  • Update and maintain the recruitment tracker with details of job postings, candidate status, and interview schedules.
  • Share regular updates and reports with the HR team on hiring progress.
  • Assist in scheduling interviews and aligning with candidates and interviewers.
  • Support the HR team in onboarding, documentation, and other basic HR tasks.
  • Participate in meetings and training sessions to learn recruitment processes and tools.
