About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

  • Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation.

  • Plan and execute engagement initiatives and feedback systems.

  • Support training, development, and performance evaluation programs.

  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations.

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Basic knowledge of HR tools and recruitment platforms.
