We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR professional to support and manage various HR functions across recruitment, employee engagement, office events, and public relations.

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, follow-ups), Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, Manage onboarding formalities and induction process for new hires.
  • HR Operations & Generalist Tasks: Maintain accurate records and databases, Draft and review relevant documentation, Support with attendance tracking, leave management, and basic payroll coordination.
  • Employee Engagement & Events: Plan and execute internal employee events, birthdays, team-building activities, and celebrations, Create and maintain an employee-friendly office environment, Collect feedback and assist with initiatives to boost employee morale.
  • Internal Communication & PR: Help manage internal communication channels, Support content creation and posting for employer branding initiatives, Liaise with external agencies/vendors for event and PR coordination.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
  • 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in HR roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office and basic HR tools.
  • Positive attitude, people-oriented, and highly organized.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
