AI Talent Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled AI talent development specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategies to enhance our AI capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science and analytics, with expertise in machine learning, artificial intelligence, and statistical modeling. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement AI-driven solutions to improve our hiring process.
  • Design and execute experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of our AI-powered tools.
  • Collaborate with engineers and product managers to develop and deploy new features.
  • Evaluate and improve the performance of our AI models using metrics such as accuracy, precision, and recall.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in AI development, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
