We are seeking a skilled professional to support global compensation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be instrumental in executing annual merit and bonus cycles, developing policies, managing headcount, and supporting strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the annual merit increase and bonus payout cycles, including data preparation, analysis, and reporting.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining Total Rewards policies and frameworks aligned with global standards.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of global templates and simulation models.
  • Conduct global salary analysis and audits across multiple currencies to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
  • Lead participation in salary benchmarking exercises and collaborate with regional leaders to drive consistency and alignment.
  • Provide analytical support for policies and other compensation-related programs.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all compensation processes and systems.
Required Skills
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, preferably in a multinational or global environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data modelling).
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders across regions.
  • Experience working on global projects and cross-functional collaboration.
