The Role:
- Main deliverables: formulate compensation plans, design bonus structures, and develop ESOP programs
- Manage the annual compensation review process and benchmark salaries
- Lead benefits program administration including health insurance, wellness initiatives, and retirement plans
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct compensation analyses and job evaluations in line with HR strategy
- Partner with vendors and brokers to optimize benefits delivery
- Track compensation expenditures and provide variance reports to leadership
- E nsure C&B policies align with legal and regulatory standards

Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits
