Compensation & Benefits Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Human Resources team to determine appropriate compensation levels and develop strategic compensation plans.
  • Benchmark industry standards to support recruitment, retention, and employee satisfaction initiatives.

Benefits Administration:

  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of existing benefits programs and provide recommendations for enhancements.

Employee Support:

  • Communicate compensation and benefits information to employees and provide support for related inquiries.
  • Develop and implement training programs to educate employees on compensation and benefits topics.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in compensation and benefits management.

Required Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and compensation management software.

Compensation Management

Assist with annual and quarterly compensation cycles, maintaining accurate pay records and collaborating with HR business partners to address employee concerns.

Develop expertise in compensation and benefits regulations and best practices to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
