Lead Strategy Projects

As a high-performing leader, you will drive projects to scale the liability franchise of the organization. The individual will be leading strategic planning and project management for key projects in Consumer Banking, coordinating closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver strategic business goals.

Job Description:

  • Develop a comprehensive roadmap for growth of Consumer Banking deposit book.
  • Report business performance to executive committees, including CET, Board, and Investors.
  • Support preparation of strategic business cases and presentation materials.
  • Suggest improvements to existing business strategies to drive growth.

Strategic Projects:

  • Drive and oversee progress of multiple key strategic projects.
  • Conduct strategic research and develop an in-depth understanding of the business and external market forces.
  • Define problems and strategic solutions - scoping, analyzing, preparing, and presenting strategy decks.
  • Identify issues, develop hypotheses, and communicate insights and recommendations to key decision-makers.
  • Manage stakeholders by building and nurturing strong advisory relationships with key senior stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of strategic problem-solving and project management skills.
  • Ability to liaise with stakeholders and influence people of diverse backgrounds.
  • Experience in applying strategic frameworks and tools for analyzing strategic problems and developing strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with credibility and strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong performance across broad strategic engagements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Education and Work Experience:

  • Preferred: MBA from Tier 1/Tier 2 college.
  • Essential requirement: 4-6 years of post-MBA experience & prior experience in strategy in Banking/Financial Services/FinTech/Consulting business.
