Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Transformation Director to lead the delivery of business outcomes across multiple regions.

This role is responsible for managing large-scale operations, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving process excellence.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in BPO/BPM operations, with experience in managing teams and driving transformation initiatives.

  • Lead end-to-end delivery for multiple regions, including strategy development, process improvement, and team management.
  • Ensure 100% client satisfaction through adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Own regional P&L accountability, including revenue growth, cost optimization, and margin improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, act as a point of escalation, and partner with internal teams for seamless delivery.
  • Drive automation, AI/ML, and RPA adoption in service delivery, and implement process improvement frameworks such as Lean and Six Sigma.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 15+ years of experience in BPO/BPM operations, with at least 8+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in managing large multi-site operations, with a strong track record of P&L ownership and transformation.
  • Graduate degree in any discipline, with certifications in Lean Six Sigma or COPC desirable.
