Digital Transformation Director

We are seeking a seasoned executive to spearhead our organization's digital transformation journey. The ideal candidate will drive growth, efficiency, and innovation in the agrochemical sector by building an integrated digital ecosystem across supply chain, marketing, manufacturing, and commercial functions.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing comprehensive digitalization roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Digital Strategy

  1. Drive the adoption of ERP, analytics, AI/ML tools, and digital platforms across functions to enhance process automation and improve cost efficiency.

  • Supply Chain Optimization

  1. Implement end-to-end digital supply chain solutions for real-time visibility, demand forecasting, and logistics optimization.

  2. Mentor senior leaders to leverage technology for decision-making and operational excellence.

  • Marketing and Commercial Excellence

  1. Lead digital marketing initiatives including advertising, branding, and promotional campaigns for agrochemical and crop nutrition products.

  2. Deploy marketing analytics tools to track customer engagement, brand positioning, and ROI.

  • Governance and Compliance

  1. E nsure digital platforms align with EHS, quality, and regulatory standards.

  2. Oversee cybersecurity, data governance, and compliance with global best practices.
