Senior Director IT Strategy and Innovation

We are seeking a seasoned IT executive to spearhead digital transformation initiatives in the manufacturing sector. As a visionary leader, you will be responsible for driving business growth through innovative technology strategies.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT strategy, infrastructure, enterprise applications, and innovation projects. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing IT strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Leading digital transformation initiatives, including Industry 4.0, IoT, process automation, and smart factory solutions.
  • Managing IT infrastructure, enterprise applications (SAP S/4 HANA, HRMS, Robotics IT Systems, MES, SharePoint).
  • Ensuring cybersecurity, IT compliance (ISO 27001:2022), disaster recovery & business continuity.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, HR) to implement IT solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 15–20 years of IT leadership experience with at least 5+ years in senior roles (preferably in manufacturing/automotive).
  • Proven expertise in SAP S/4 HANA, IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, and digital transformation projects (IoT, RPA, AI, Cloud, Data Analytics).
  • Strong knowledge of IT governance, cybersecurity, and industry standards compliance.
  • Certifications such as PMP, CISSP, ITIL, AWS-SAA, ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Lead Auditor preferred.
