Job Title: Digital Transformation Leader

Digital transformation leaders drive business innovation by leading teams and developing strategic plans to digitize operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of software applications to improve efficiency and customer experience.
  2. Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap that aligns with business objectives.
  3. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Analysts/PMs, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
  4. Oversee the entire software development lifecycle from requirements gathering and analysis to implementation and adoption.
  5. Identify, evaluate, and implement new software solutions to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
  6. Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and translate them into effective digital solutions.
  7. Manage multiple digital projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC): A deep understanding of how software is built, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
  • Expertise in methodologies like Agile, Scrum, and Lean to manage projects efficiently and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Knowledge of how to connect different software systems and platforms to create a unified digital ecosystem.
  • The ability to plan, implement, and manage organizational change, helping employees adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • The skills to mentor, motivate, and guide a team of Business Analysts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
