Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our digital transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of digital technologies, including emerging trends such as Artificial Intelligence, Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), Cloud computing, and Data analytics.

They should have prior experience in designing and developing systems and have effectively managed and deployed them.

A strong commercial acumen in budget management and resource allocation is essential to ensure the efficient use of resources for digital projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and articulate the organization's digital transformation vision, goals, and objectives.
  • Develop a roadmap for digital transformation initiatives and projects, outlining key milestones, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Establish and enforce digital project management methodologies, processes, and best practices and standardization across the organization.
  • Define digital project governance frameworks, including decision-making processes and escalation paths.
  • Develop and execute change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of digital technologies and processes across the organization.
  • Identify potential risks and issues across digital projects and develop risk mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
  • MBA from a reputed institution with bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of post-qualification relevant work experience in Consulting /IT/ITES firm.
