Job Opportunity:

Candidates with extensive experience in financial and accounting (F&A) transformations are sought after for a highly demanding role. This position requires an individual who can lead large-scale strategic projects from conceptualization to realization, envisioning future technological trends impacting finance and accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement transformation strategies across the organization, ensuring seamless integration of digital technologies, including AI, data analytics, and enterprise architecture within finance and HR teams
• Drive business growth by leveraging market-facing skills, communication expertise, and analytical capabilities to inform complex decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive business outcomes

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in F&A transformation
• Strong understanding of digital technologies, including AI, data analytics, and enterprise architecture as they apply to finance and accounting
• Proven track record of leading large-scale project implementations, driving successful outcomes, and demonstrating visionary leadership
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders
• Analytical mindset with the ability to distill complex concepts into actionable insights for various audiencesShould have good understanding on AI, Generative AI.Strong understanding of digital technologies including AI, Data analytics, and enterprise architecture as they may apply to the finance/HR teamsExperience in transformation and consulting within finance and accounting solutionsStrong analytical skills, detail oriented, flexible and take additional responsibilities when neededOutstanding communication and presentation skills with the capacity to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences in finance and accounting.Should have led large strategic project end to end including conceptualization, implementation and realizationVisionary mindset with the ability to anticipate future technological trends and impact on the F&A processes
