Digital Transformation Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Transformation Lead to spearhead our sales strategy across cutting-edge domains, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cloud Engineering, and Cybersecurity. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry expertise, a strong network, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth through innovative technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for AI, Cloud, and Cybersecurity services.
  • Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives, positioning the company as a trusted digital transformation partner.
  • Identify and pursue high-value opportunities aligned with client needs and industry trends.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to craft compelling solutions tailored to client challenges.
  • Drive strategic alliances with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI) and cybersecurity vendors.
  • Stay ahead of emerging technologies, including Gen AI, Blockchain, and Zero Trust Security, to provide thought leadership.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets.
Requirements:
  • 10-25 years of experience in technology sales, with a focus on AI, Cloud, and Cybersecurity.
  • Strong understanding of hybrid/multi-cloud architectures, AI applications, and cybersecurity frameworks.
  • Proven ability to lead complex sales cycles and close large enterprise deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with CRM tools and data-driven sales methodologies.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate technology trends into business value.
