Main Job Purpose:

Leading digital transformation is a pivotal function that ensures competitive advantage through initiatives in demand, cost, and performance. It involves partnering with units to achieve standards in safety, quality, productivity, and sustainability.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a long-term strategy for manufacturing, aligned with corporate objectives for growth, market leadership, and sustainability.
  • Stay updated on Industry 4.0 technologies like IIoT, AI/ML, Digital Twin, and Advanced Robotics, and assess their applicability in the manufacturing environment.
  • Identify and evaluate emerging digital technologies to enhance operational efficiency, product quality, and data-driven decision-making, and implement digital tools for end-to-end manufacturing.
  • Manage complex digital transformation programs from idea generation to large-scale deployment, ensuring project governance, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Champion the integration of Manex principles with digital technologies to accelerate continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Drive the implementation of Digital Factory Plans for relevant use cases.
  • Collect and analyze data to identify trends, measure solution effectiveness, and provide regular reports to management.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering with strong technical and analytical background in Data Science or Analysis.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale Industry 4.0 solutions in manufacturing environments.
  • Strong understanding of IT-OT convergence and industrial communication protocols.
