Job Opportunity

Drive the digital transformation journey for a leading organization, leading adoption, upskilling, and implementation of digital tools to support strategic sourcing and data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Advanced Analytics: Build and scale advanced analytics use cases and services via A&I Hub; promote self-service analytics platforms.
  • Enhance Data Quality: Develop and maintain Procurement Data Lake integrating internal and external data sources; ensure high-quality data catalogue.
  • Improve Strategic Sourcing Tools: Automate, enhance transparency, and governance in buyer and supplier journeys using 7 Steps strategic sourcing tools.
  • Lead Digital Upskilling: Foster a future-fit digital culture by leading user adoption, training, and digital upskilling programs (e.g., DigiCon).
  • Implement Digital Solutions: Act as PMO for Procurement GPT use case development alongside the Data & AI Innovation team, focusing on implementation and organizational adoption post-development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years in FMCG or similar industry, with roles in digital transformation, data analytics, or change management.
  • Proven experience leading complex, strategic cross-geography programs.
  • Strong stakeholder management across multiple teams.
