We're seeking an experienced Business Strategy Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will lead complex business mandates with content at their core.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business strategy aligned with company goals and objectives
- Collaborate with senior clients to advise on content-led business opportunities
- Drive business transformation through strategic partnerships and innovative solutions
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact storytelling frameworks
- Own revenue targets and growth strategy for key accounts and new business streams

Requirements:
- 10–16 years of experience in business strategy, content creation, and/or production management
- Proven track record of driving business growth and transformation
- Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
