Job Title: Content Strategy Director

We are seeking an experienced Content Strategy Director to lead our content development efforts.

About the Role:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies for multiple projects.
  • Create high-quality content that aligns with brand tone and objectives, including writing, editing, and proofreading.
  • Supervise and mentor junior writers, providing constructive feedback and ensuring content consistency.
  • Collaborate with designers and project managers to conceptualize integrated campaigns.
  • Drive creative brainstorming sessions and contribute to the overall brand voice and messaging.
  • Implement SEO best practices in all digital content.
  • Manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously, focusing on quality and impact.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or editorial roles (agency or brand-side).
  • A proven portfolio showcasing strong writing across digital platforms and campaign work.
  • Experience supervising writers or leading creative content projects.
  • Strong command of language, storytelling, and grammar.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing trends is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
