Opportunity

You will lead strategic engagement as a Business Consulting Director in our Customer & Operations Advisory practice. You will be responsible for delivering measurable impact through client management, relationship-building, and leadership.

  • Drive business planning, operating model design, and revenue enhancement.
  • Client management and engagement delivery:
    • Build CXO-level relationships across Automobile sector and diversified sectors.
    • Lead large-scale transformation programs focused on customer excellence, GTM/RTM strategy, and enterprise sales.
  • Strategic Growth & Business development:
    • Identify new opportunities aligned with client priorities.
    • Develop proposals, solutions, and project delivery.
  • Practice Development:
    • Champion thought leadership in the auto sector.
    • Mentor high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
    • Oversee project governance, risk management, and financial performance.
  • Internal initiatives & compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with Firm's processes and policies.
    • Participate in firm initiatives – L&D, recruitment, and thought leaderships.
Required Skills

Key skills and qualifications include analytical thinking, problem-solving, and client management. Strong communication, leadership, and project delivery skills are also essential. A proven track record in leading transformation programs and expertise in market entry and growth strategy are required.

Qualifications include 12+ years of consulting experience or top-tier strategy firms. An MBA/PGDM from a premier institute and an engineering background are preferred.
