Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned ERP Strategist to lead our organization's end-to-end ERP Roadmap, driving business alignment and technology innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive ERP strategy aligned with business goals and industry trends.
  • Oversee system deployment, integration, and continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Partner with global business leaders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure seamless ERP adoption and process alignment.
  • Establish best practices, security protocols, and compliance measures to mitigate risks and maintain system integrity.
  • Leverage emerging technologies and data-driven insights to enhance ERP capabilities and drive business transformation.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in ERP strategy, SAP implementation, and large-scale digital transformation.
  • Strong track record of driving SAP migrations, particularly in the context of mergers, acquisitions, and business consolidations.
  • Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, cloud adoption, and enterprise-wide ERP optimizations.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional global teams.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and results-driven approach.
