Job Description

Develop and Execute ERP Strategy - Lead the end-to-end ERP roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and technology trends.ERP Implementation & Optimization - Oversee system deployment, integration, and continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and scalability.Stakeholder Collaboration - Partner with global business leaders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure seamless ERP adoption and process alignment.Governance & Compliance - Establish best practices, security protocols, and compliance measures to mitigate risks and maintain system integrity.Innovation & Continuous Improvement - Leverage emerging technologies and data-driven insights to enhance ERP capabilities and drive business transformation

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate will be a strategic leader with extensive experience in ERP strategy, SAP implementation, and large-scale digital transformation. They should have a strong track record of driving SAP migrations, particularly in the context of mergers, acquisitions, and business consolidations, ensuring seamless system integration and operational continuity.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, cloud adoption, and enterprise-wide ERP optimizations, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional global teams. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and a results-driven approach will be key to driving ERP modernization, governance, and business alignment in a complex, evolving environment.
