IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team at BuyerForesight. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our users, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support and assistance to users, responding to and resolving service tickets and user requests.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to computer hardware, software, services, network connectivity, and applications.
- Manage hardware and software inventory, ensuring proper asset tracking and license compliance.
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement and renewals of IT equipment and services.
- Manage user accounts, groups, and access permissions within Microsoft Azure AD (cloud) or Microsoft AD (on-premise).
- Configure domain policies, manage device enrollment, and ensure application installations run smoothly.
- Implement and maintain network security best practices, including firewall management.
- Provide email support for platforms like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office 365.
- Manage and troubleshoot Domain DNS configurations.
- A+ or equivalent IT certification preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
- Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure AD (cloud) or Microsoft AD (on-premise) for user and device management.
- Proficient in network troubleshooting methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with users from diverse technical backgrounds.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify root causes of technical issues.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
