Order Fulfillment Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Global Shared Services Centre, you will be responsible for providing order fulfillment account management for our India market.

Your primary objective will be to partner with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Credit and Collections to deliver exceptional customer service from order acceptance to delivery.

  • You will be the point of contact for all customer-related inquiries regarding orders, product availability, and lead times.
  • Responsibilities include verifying pricing, coordinating with Purchasing, exercising discretion on product allocations, and processing customer returns in a timely manner.
  • You will also be responsible for answering customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with company booking policies.

Key Requirements:

  • You must have a strong background in account management and customer service, preferably in a high-tech environment.
  • A Bachelor's degree in business is required, along with 4+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP/ Salesforce systems.
