Job Title: Order Servicing Specialist
The Regional Order Servicing Specialist will be responsible for timely order servicing within a defined customer service framework. This includes validating demand over the horizon, assigning prioritization to demand/orders/customers, and ensuring timely issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Validating demand over the horizon and assigning prioritization to demand/orders/customers
  • Ensuring timely issue resolution and attending relevant meetings to gather data and information on open orders
  • Identifying issues and bottlenecks, and arranging cross-functional meetings to resolve them
  • Providing detailed analysis to stakeholders on outstanding orders

Supply Chain Technology and Automation:
  • Identifying opportunities for implementing IT & Automation in Order Management processes
  • Driving the implementation and rollout cycle for all IT & Technology Automations within SCM jointly with IT

Required Skills:
  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and Reporting (VBA Macros, Power BI)
  • Good understanding with experience of Supply Chain essential, preferably Pharma
  • SAP Knowledge Essential
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Decision making, ability to prioritize on a dynamic basis
  • Negotiation skills / Conflict resolution
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to understand and work around constraints
  • Excellent time management skills
