Marketplace Growth Manager

A Marketplace Specialist is a critical role within our team, responsible for managing the platform end-to-end and driving growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Amazon's ecosystem and performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all aspects of Amazon operations, including Ads, Account Health, Cataloguing, Inventory, and Sales Tracking.
- Develop and execute Amazon Ads campaigns to meet revenue and ROI targets.
- Maintain account health, ensuring compliance with Amazon policies.
- Ensure accurate product listings, catalog updates, pricing, and stock availability.
- Analyze sales performance and generate actionable insights to achieve targets.
- Coordinate with external and internal teams for smooth purchase order processing, stock movement, and order fulfillment.
- 1+ years of hands-on experience managing marketplace operations (Amazon, etc).
- Strong understanding of Amazon's ecosystem and performance metrics.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to optimize campaigns and operations.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to multitask and deliver in a fast-paced D2C environment.
This role requires a deep understanding of Amazon's marketplace and ability to drive growth through data-driven decisions.
