Job Title: Voice Process Specialist

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing new orders from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and completeness throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify order details for accuracy and completeness
  • Process new orders on our web-based system, utilizing alphanumeric keyboard skills
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain high service levels and accuracy standards in all activities
  • Collaborate with partners to place orders and monitor status
Requirements:
  • Degree Requirements: Any degree from an accredited institution
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Data Entry Skills: Proficient in entering data using an alphanumeric keyboard and verifying/proofing entered data
  • Critical Thinking Skills: Able to learn new concepts quickly and make sound decisions
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of computer operations and proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Salesforce.com
