Customer Service Excellence Wanted
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Customer Support Representative.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to effectively resolve customer issues via various channels including phone, email, chat, and social media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address complex customer issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
Requirements:
- At least 6 months of experience in customer-facing roles
- Excellent proficiency in English language (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Strong computer literacy and ability to adapt to new technology
