Operational Sales Process Coordinator

Job Description:
The role of an Operations Management Specialist is critical in ensuring seamless coordination between stakeholders. This position plays a key role in supporting daily sales operations, maintaining high productivity levels, and ensuring accurate execution of sales initiatives.
- Coordinate daily with dealers, vendors, and the sales team for operational requirements.
- Follow up on renewals and new acquisitions, ensuring timely order processing.
- Manage subscriptions for publications.
- Manage complaints and resolution.
- Oversee procurement and distribution of promotional materials.
- Manage team productivity, salary processing, and invoice management.
- Implement orders as per guidelines.
- Maintain accurate tracking and prepare timely reports.
- Support other operational functions as required by the sales team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
This role requires:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years relevant experience in sales operations.
- Experience in sales operations, coordination, or backend support roles.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience in SAP and Salesforce.
- Proficiency in English is a must.
- Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
