Job Overview

This role involves integrating and optimizing sales systems (CRM, ERP, etc.), ensuring seamless data flow between platforms, and providing support to the sales team through process automation and system improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with Sales, Marketing, and IT teams to implement and integrate CRM/ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP).
  • Optimize Sales System Architecture: Enhance data flow and user experience by streamlining sales system architecture.
  • Sales Tools Administrator: Serve as the primary administrator for sales tools and platforms.
  • System Integration Lead: Oversee system integration projects, including requirement gathering, vendor coordination, testing, and deployment.
  • Documentation and Training: Develop and maintain system documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
  • Data Quality Monitoring: Monitor data quality and integrity across integrated platforms.
  • Reporting and Dashboards: Generate reports and dashboards for leadership to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Training and Support: Train sales teams on new tools, features, and process changes.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues or data discrepancies.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a sales operations or systems integration role.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP).
  • Experience with system integration tools (e.g., Zapier, Workato, MuleSoft, APIs).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities.
  • Familiarity with sales workflows, KPIs, and data compliance standards.
