Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Operations Coordinator to drive process optimization, ensure data accuracy, and provide critical insights to support our business functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pipeline Management: Ensure pipeline data accuracy, completeness, and consistency through regular hygiene checks, maintain and update the real-time dashboard with accurate and timely pipeline data feeding.
  • Marketing Management: Lead and coordinate marketing initiatives for software, partnerships, and alliances, work on required documentation and database management for campaigns.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports without misses to relevant stakeholders, develop and present multi-dimensional performance review templates and views for key management personnel, prepare periodic board decks and conduct in-depth analysis of existing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in current workflows across all functions, design and implement streamlined processes to optimize operational efficiency and reduce administrative tasks by identifying opportunities for automation.
  • Inside Sales & Lead Generation Activities: Manage lead funnel with various lead generation avenues and track weekly recommendations, lead outreach and set up key meetings for team members.
  • Coordination & Alignment with HQ: Work as a bridge between business functions and HQ to coordinate and align on scheduled and ad-hoc reports, initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, sales, or marketing.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
