Job Title: Billing Operations Coordinator
Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Billing Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless billing and payment processes.
Your primary responsibility will be to identify outstanding accounts, generate bills and invoices for customers, and reconcile all payments with invoices. You will also be responsible for generating sales orders after understanding customer requirements, delivering invoices via digital and traditional services, and managing petty cash.
In addition to these core responsibilities, you will need to maintain accurate records, update receivables specific to customers, and answer customer queries and address problems.
You will also be responsible for submitting all cash collected to the concerned authority at the end of the day, reconciling all payments received, preparing and submitting daily sales reports to the accounts team, and generating monthly and quarterly reports for the reporting authority.
This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, robust written and communication skills, basic understanding of office software and machinery, and critical thinking and problem-solving skills. You must have a strong attention to detail and be able to work productively without oversight.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A degree in B.Com is required.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Experience as a billing executive at a large format store.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
