Subscription Billing Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled billing expert to assist in deploying and maintaining subscription billing solutions, supporting integrations with CRM/ERP systems, and ensuring smooth operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure subscription models, pricing plans, and billing workflows.
- Support integrations between external systems such as Salesforce and NetSuite.
- Participate in requirement gathering with business and technical teams to deliver billing solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in subscription billing, ensuring accurate invoicing.
- Support automation of recurring billing processes using workflow management.
- Generate and maintain reports related to subscriptions, billing schedules, and revenue recognition.
Required Skills & Expertise:
- Hands-on experience with subscription billing platforms (2+ years).
- Understanding of subscription billing workflows, amendments, renewals, and invoicing cycles.
- Exposure to product catalog setup, rate plans, and billing rules.
- Familiarity with APIs, data migration, and basic troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
