About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Front Office Operations Manager to join our team at AccorHotel. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our front office department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve guest satisfaction and service delivery.
- Supervise and train front office staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Provide coaching and feedback to front office staff to enhance their performance and job satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in front office operations or a related field.
- Proven track record of improving guest satisfaction and service delivery.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary
The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
