Job Summary

To oversee the day-to-day operation of the Front Desk at the hotel and assist the Front Office Manager in achieving departmental goals.

We are seeking a skilled professional to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards.

About You

You will be responsible for managing front office operations, ensuring excellent guest service, and contributing to the overall success of the hotel.

Requirements

To be successful, you will need a minimum of 2 years' work experience as Assistant Manager or Team Leader - Front Office / Guest Relations in a hotel.

You should possess well-developed communication and customer relations skills, allowing you to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.

In this role, you can expect a competitive salary range of ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
