Front Office Operations Manager

Job Summary
As a key member of the Front Office team, you will assist the Front Office Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Front Desk at the hotel. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the management of the Front Desk team to deliver exceptional guest service and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of hotel operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve Front Office efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of work experience as Assistant Manager or Team Leader - Front Office / Guest Relations in a hotel.
- Well-developed communication and customer relations skills.
