Front Office Manager Job DescriptionMain Responsibilities

The Front Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of the front desk, ensuring that guests receive exceptional service and that all hotel operations run efficiently.

Key Duties
  • Front Desk Management: Supervise the front desk team, ensuring that all guests are greeted warmly and that their needs are met promptly.
  • Guest Services: Coordinate with housekeeping, food and beverage, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Financial Management: Manage front office budgets, oversee revenue targets, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  • Staff Development: Train and develop front office staff, providing coaching and feedback to ensure they meet AccorHotel standards.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar capacity within a 5-star hospitality environment.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead and direct teams, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Keen eye for detail and ability to multi-task, effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
