Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager Front Office to join our team at Hyatt Place Aurangabad Airport. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Front Office Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the Front Desk.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the efficient running of the Front Desk in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and ensure their needs are met.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' work experience as Assistant Manager or Team Leader - Front Office / Guest Relations in a hotel.
- Well-developed communication and customer relations skills.
