Position: Partnership Development Specialist

Location: Gurgaon (Extensive travel to multiple locations across India required)

Working Days: 6 days

Work Timings: 10am -7pm

Experience Required: 2-8 years

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to drive awareness and engagement for our programs across India.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong partnerships with school leaders, counselors, and academic heads to promote our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute region-specific outreach campaigns to attract top talent from high schools across India.
  • Represent us at career fairs, expos, workshops, webinars, and other relevant forums to position our brand as a top choice for business and tech education.
  • Manage relationships with various stakeholders – including parents, principals, education consultants, and partner organizations.
  • Provide regional insights and feedback from the ground to help refine program offerings and communication strategies.
  • Maintain a database of outreach activities and partnerships. Track effectiveness, leads generated, and conversion rates to continuously improve outreach strategies.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • A Master's degree in Business, Marketing, PR, or a related field is strongly preferred.
  • 3–4 years of experience in outreach, admissions, partnerships, education consulting, or stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong presentation and public speaking abilities
  • High energy, self-motivated, and target-driven
  • Comfortable with extensive travel as required
