Job Title:
Strategic Partnership ManagerWe are seeking an experienced and skilled Strategic Partnership Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with partners, and driving revenue growth.
This is a full-time role based out of Pune. The Person will be responsible for:
- Generating leads and establishing contact with Mutual Fund Distributors, Income Tax Professionals, and Chartered Accountants.
- Providing them with information about Tata AIA and AIG and the business opportunities available with these two institutions.
- Convincing them to join as Advisors/Agency Partners.
- Completing documentation, training, and onboarding processes.
- Helping them to commence their initial business.
- Creating daily content for digital marketing and posting on social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand various personal financial products, specifically all types of insurance.
- Maintain accurate records and provide excellent customer service.
- Implement digital and social media marketing strategies for partnerships and business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Experience in business development, partnership management, and negotiation.
- Familiarity with the finance, wealth management, and insurance industries.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
